Yes. Most of our women start without a single push-up. Your programme begins exactly where you are, and every skill is broken into steps your body can actually do today. You don’t need a fitness background, you need a starting point.
It depends where you start. Most beginners are kicking up to the wall within their first few weeks, and balancing away from it takes months of consistent practice, not years. On your call we look at your starting point and give you an honest timeline, not a marketing one.
Three sessions of 45 to 60 minutes is the sweet spot. Your programme is built around your real week, so if you can only train twice, we plan for twice. Consistency beats volume every time.
A floor and a wall cover most of your training. A pull-up bar helps once you start pulling skills, and we’ll tell you exactly when it’s worth getting one. That’s the whole point of calisthenics: your body is the gym.

We look at where you are now, what’s held you back, and map the path to your first big skill. You leave with a clear plan either way. The call is free and doesn’t commit you to anything, it’s just for your own info.
