Yes absolutely! As long as you have a wall and enough empty space around you.
You want to have had some prior fitness experience, such as weightlifting, crossfit, yoga or any type of sport. This program is not ideal for an absolute beginner without any type of fitness background.
You will also ideally be comfortable with holding a handstand against the wall (stomach to wall) or kicking up into a handstand.
The workouts will be between 20-30 mins long including the warm up.
You can add this program into your regular training, I would just suggest always doing this first when your energy levels are at their highest.
The group coaching program will last for 8 weeks. Each week we move onto a new set of exercises (some will remain the same).
During this 8 weeks you will have access to the weekly form checks, and monthly group calls.
After the 8 weeks, you will continue to have FULL access to this program. So you may go back to any workouts or drills that require more attention.
You will also still have complete access to all the tutorials.
After the 8 weeks, you will have been provided with the correct form and techniques to achieve the full handstand.
The end result will vary based on your entry level. Some people may enter this program with more handstand experience than others, and therefore achieve the handstand at a faster pace.
Yes this program is for all genders.
Certain exercises are provided with an alternative (easier progression).
You may also continue a particular drill even if the program moves on. This is because you have access to the weekly workouts (which you will be able to view at any time and day), and access to the program (that is assigned for certain days + times).
You can also submit your form check to me or the group chat for extra support.
Once you have purchased the program the start date will be confirmed via email.
You will then be added to the coaching app and the community group chat.
Each week you can send your questions, or your videos of your attempts from the workouts.
You will then also be able to submit a form check to me, where you will have the option to receive feedback via the group chat, or via an individual private chat if you do not wish for your videos to be shared with others.
You will receive an email confirmation of the date and time of the zoom meeting.
48 hours prior to the meeting you will receive an email asking you to submit any questions you may have about the program, a particular drill or your own progress before the call.
On this meeting you will not have access to the microphone but will have access to the chat. On the call I will go over the questions submitted from you, and anything else you wish to discuss.
For those who cannot join the call, it will be recorded and uploaded into the community chat for you to view at a later time.
If you are unable to make the payment in full, at the checkout you will have the option to pay via credit card or by klarna, and split the payment.
