Hi, I'm Laura! I started learning calisthenics in lockdown.

I was a regular gym goer and once the gyms shut down I needed something to really challenge myself.

So, I started learning the handstand!

I managed to achieve a freestanding handstand in 1-2 months, and from there absolutely fell in love with calisthenics, and challenging my body with new skills every day.

Now let me help you achieve full body control, as I have with many new calisthenics athletes over the last 5 years!

Calisthenics Program FAQ's

Can I do this in my house?

Yes absolutely! As long as you have a wall and enough empty space around you. You can also just use chairs for the l-sit and elbow lever progressions.

If you have bars, you can use them for the elbow lever and the l-sit, but these are not essential.

What experience do I need to join the program?

You do not need to have had any prior calisthenics experience to start this program. However prior fitness experience will be helpful , such as weightlifting, crossfit, yoga or any type of sport.

This program is not ideal for an absolute beginner without any type of fitness background. The foundations program (coming soon) will allow you to progress to this program after.

How long will the workouts be?

The workouts will be between 30 - 60 mins long including the warm up.

You can add this program into your regular training and use it to replace your upper body sessions.

How long do I have to finish the program?

The assigned program on the app will start the day of purchase & sign up on the app.

If you miss a session the assigned program does not allow you to go back to it. However you can just click on workouts, and view every workout for each week instead.

After the 12 weeks, you will continue to have FULL access to this program. So you may go back to any workouts or drills that require more attention.

You will also still have complete access to all the tutorials (found in the files section)

Am I guaranteed results?

After the 12 weeks, you will have been provided with the correct form and techniques to achieve the full handstand, l-sit and elbow lever.

The end result will vary based on your entry level. Some people may enter this program with more experience than others, and therefore achieve these skills at a faster pace.

Is this program for men & women?

Yes this program is for all genders.

What if an exercise is too hard?

Certain exercises are provided with an alternative (easier progression).

You may also continue a particular drill even if the program moves on. This is because you have access to the weekly workouts (which you will be able to view at any time and day), and access to the program (that is assigned for certain days + times).
